    Any current member is eligible to run for any Executive Board position by submitting their name to the Nomination Committee by December prior to the election, or a member may be nominated from the floor prior to the vote being taken. Any position which has more than one member running for that office shall be conducted by a Secret Ballot. If there are no challenges than a verbal vote shall be taken of those running or nominated.
